1. Return Policy
- We accept returns only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or customer preference.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products once they have been inspected and approved.
- We do not provide cash refunds; refunds will be processed as store credit or a replacement product.
- Refund processing time is 5-7 days from the date we receive the returned item.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are used, damaged due to customer mishandling, or not in their original packaging.
- Perishable or digital/downloadable products (if applicable).
- Clearance or final sale items.
